Indications: Hypertension: VALSASTRUM 80 is used to treat high blood pressure in adults and children who are at least 6 years old. Heart Failure: It is also used in certain patients to treat heart failure, improving the symptoms of heart failure (such as shortness of breath and swelling in the legs and ankles) and increasing survival after a heart attack. Post-Myocardial Infarction: VALSASTRUM 80 is used to reduce the risk of death from a cardiovascular cause, following a heart attack (myocardial infarction) in clinically stable patients with signs, symptoms, or radiologic evidence of left ventricular failure or left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
